The nature of freelance on-line can be vague and seem somewhat risky. Here I will submit all spreads and designs submitted for review in the hopes that should I find a client has taken my logo and simply re-created it, I can source and direct those plagiarists to an immediate on-line location before I take legal action in the hope of compensation outside of court (where I will proceed to if necessary despite their location on earth).

When an item is paid for and copyright transfers to the client items will be deleted, edited to blur copyrighted content, or have descriptions changed to include the copyright handover provided client permission to keep the design up.
